The annual dinner takes place somewhere fun in Wellington, with a delicious meal and great company – both current and past runners.
WRW Annual Dinner – 11 Nov 2023
This is to invite you to our annual Wellington Runners & Walkers dinner, being held on the evening of Saturday 11th November.
Current and past members, and partners are all welcome.
The dinner will be held at the Brentwood Hotel, 16 Kemp St, Kilbirnie,
starting from 6pm and finishing before 11 pm.
Smart casual dress.
Let us know if you have specific dietary requirements.
The team has arranged menu options with the Brentwood which we hope will suit all.
We plan to have short presentations of about 5 minutes each with slides during the evening from several current club members, about experiences this year and reflecting on their lives as a runner or walker.
The cost for the evening is $25 per person for members, and $60 per person for non-members (i.e., subsidised approx. $35, plus room hire). Any non-member wishing to could still join the club ($30) for the reduced meal cost.

Ensure you include your name, and ‘Dinner’ under Reference.
Drinks from the Brentwood will be extra (paid individually), with prices listed on their Aqua Bar wine and beverage list.
