Each year the Clinic awards a number of trophies that recognise some of the achievements of members during the year. It is now approaching the time when your Committee will consider this year’s recipients of these awards –most of which shall be presented at the AGM in early December. Those holders of these awards are requested to ensure their trophies are returned to the committee before 15 October so they may be engraved for this year’s presentations.

Your help in identifying the appropriate recipients would be appreciated by the committee. If you have recorded times that you think may make you eligible for one of the trophies please give the necessary information to a committee member. This information on name, dates, races and times must be received by 3 October. When they are available race times should be given as net times not gun times. The period to be considered (‘the current financial year’) is, unless stated otherwise, the financial year from 1 October to 30 September. Guidelines for making the awards are outlined below for your assistance and are based on past practices.
